MenoPaws began fifteen years ago in an unlikely setting: founder Dave’s chicken coop on his grandmother’s hobby farm. What started as a modest effort to provide care for elderly female animals soon grew into a mission to give senior pets the dignity, comfort, and attention they deserve.
As word spread about Dave’s dedication, more families sought out his help. The chicken coop quickly became too small, and MenoPaws evolved into a professional practice built on compassion, expertise, and a deep respect for animals in their later years.
Today, MenoPaws is a thriving veterinary clinic, recognised for its specialised focus on elderly female pets. Alongside our medical and palliative services, we also maintain strong partnerships with the pet cremation and taxidermy industries, ensuring families have a range of thoughtful and respectful options when it comes to end-of-life care.
From humble beginnings to a respected practice with a healthy bottom line and a loyal client community, MenoPaws has always held fast to its founding belief: that every stage of a pet’s life is worthy of care, respect, and love.
